These terms govern your use of BayBee, a personal AI voice assistant operated by BayBee (synbay.si). By using BayBee you agree to them.
1. The service
BayBee helps with email, calendar, files, research, and ordering or booking. Actions such as sending an email, placing an order or making a booking happen only after you confirm them.
2. Your account and connections
You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for the actions you confirm. You may disconnect accounts at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use BayBee for unlawful purposes, to send spam, to harass others, or to access accounts or data you are not authorized to use.
4. AI output
BayBee uses AI and may make mistakes. Review drafts, summaries and suggested actions before you confirm them.
5. No warranty
BayBee is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
7. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. You may stop using BayBee at any time and request deletion of your data.
